Where to start

Should the door leave the ground unevenly, catch at the same spot every time, or bang when it lands, the cause is usually mechanical and usually modest. Track alignment, roller condition and balance are the first three things we check.

Repair & Maintenance

Openers have a travel limit and a force limit, and both drift with age. When the door stops short of the floor, or slams into it, those settings are the first thing we adjust, followed by the safety reversal test.
